The Basics: Contacts, Projects and Stages

Contacts

Think of contacts as your address book for prospects and customers. You have one Contact record for each prospect / customer.

Projects

A project is the product or service your Contact may buy. You can have multiple Projects for each Contact.

Stages

Stages help you organize your sales process. Each project can have up to six stages. The default titles: Meet, Propose, Connect, Order, Deploy and Follow-up can be change to whatever you want to call them. You can also leave a Stage unnamed if you don’t need to use it.
